Order

The product I want to buy is out of stock, what now?

We always try to keep as much in stock as possible, but unfortunately, we sometimes run out of something. We'll try to get it back in stock as quickly as possible. In a hurry? Contact us; we might still have it in a different package for you.

I made a mistake with my order, can I still change it?

If you made a mistake while ordering, please let us know as soon as possible. In many cases, we can still correct it for you until the delivery driver picks up the package.

Payment

Can I also pay afterwards?

Unfortunately, post-payment isn't possible. However, you can choose iDEAL, Mastercard, and Visa as payment options.

Delivery

Which shipping company will deliver my package?

We deliver your order in partnership with GLS. In the Netherlands, your package will usually be picked up by GLS the next business day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Different transit times apply for deliveries abroad.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.95 within the Netherlands, €12.95 within the EU, and €19.95 for international orders. Orders over €200 (NL) or €300 (EU) are shipped free.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place an order with us and complete it before 2 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day.

Can I also pick up my order?

Currently you can only have your order delivered to your home.
